...And We're Back...

Hi! We're back!! April and May were crazy months for us! We all started out with a cold in April, daddy got shingles, then Eden got chicken pox. Mommy was worn out after that! May was a month of healing and now we are ready for June! These pictures pretty much summarize the last two months. This first pictures are the oldest and the last was taken today. Enjoy!A little doggy taking the doggie for a ride. Eden was walking around the house panting and barking like a dog. It was very funny. He loves his little puppy!

Bubbles!!! I think this was Eden's most favorite thing he found in his Easter basket. He can't get enough of them!!

What a cutie pie. This was the day Eden officially started walking (April 13th) he was just about 14 months old. It was also the day before chick pox spots started appearing on his body.

These are chicken pox spots on Eden's back. They didn't seem to bother him too much. There were only a couple of really itchy nights. Other than that if you didn't see the spots you wouldn't have known he had them. We're all glad they are gone!!!

After being sick for over a month, we needed to go have fun! We took Eden on his first kayaking trip. He really liked it and wasn't scared at all. There were a couple of ducks following us around so that made it more fun.

Eden loves playing on the beach. There are so many rocks to throw.

Now that Eden is a walker, we decided he needed good shoes so we got him some crocks. They work really good and he loves them! What a cute nature boy!

Our chickies are getting so big... Eden loves to feed them, but sometimes they bite his fingers if he is not careful. There is one chickie named Cinnamon that lets Eden pet her.

Look who finally has teeth!!! We waited so long, we thought they would never come!We had so much fun being lazy on our camping trip over Memorial Day weekend. It was HOT!! Eden had fun running around and playing with his friend Felix.

The Mamas and babies hiking up from the beach. We camped really close to Green Sand Beach. This place is so neat, the sand is really green!

Today Eden woke up with his eye almost swollen shut! We are pretty sure it is a mosquito bite. Poor guy! The swelling went down a little by the time he went to bed. Thank goodness!!!

March Madness!

It has been rainy, rainy, rainy. We have been singin' the rainy day blues... Here's what else we've been up to...Welcome to the Garden of Eden! Its Spring and time for gardening!

The garden has definitely benefited from all this rain. This was the first giant leaf we picked. Its almost as tall as Eden!

We're starting early!

His hair is getting so long already. Its been 4 months since the last hair cut.

We went to the park the other day when it wasn't raining. Eden had a fun time playing on the swings, turning the big sprockets, and going down the slide.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! This is what Eden wore that day. He got lots of comments on his shirt!

Instead of learning to put his shoes on, Eden loves to take them off.

Today was the first day he felt better after getting the high fever. We think it made him grow more. Look how tall he is!

New Adventures at Home

Since Eden's birthday he has officially turned into a toddler. By walking those first steps, he has become so much more independent. Baby Eden is growing fast!

He loves to walk everywhere... hopefully soon he can do it on his own!

Eden's Birthday Party

We had a fun time with our friends at Eden's birthday party! Here are some pictures and a video to highlight the day:

Eden's First Trip to the Tide Pools

Yesterday was our first trip to the Wai`Opae tide pools with Eden. Even though the water was a little chilly Eden was excited to play in it. He was crawling all over the lava with his bare body. OUCH!! He didn't care he was having fun!
